"The Ivy Group was built to prove what’s possible when excellent women are gathered around one table. I want to see what happens when ambitious women are given access to opportunity, resources, strategy, and connection. I want to create a safe space to highlight the achievements of the women amongst us, inviting more conversation around ambition, intelligence, and leadership. I believe that when women win, communities win, therefore I have 4 aims:”

“I don't often acknowledge that I have been in some incredible situations. From soirees at Buckingham Palace hosted by the late HRH Queen Elizabeth II, to styling Grammy-Winning Musicians; from Roundtables with Tech Billionaires, to International Fashion shows. I’ve been in rooms that have shaped industries, and I've found myself in conversations with some of the most remarkable people. And if there’s one thing I’ve learnt, its proximity is key, even if it’s just to listen, to absorb, to be part of a conversation where knowledge, strategy, and vision are exchanged. Proximity to the right people doesn’t just open doors, it can change lives. I created The Ivy Group because I have met some extraordinary women who are leading, building and ready to implement change. While many of us exist in powerful spaces, we rarely exist in the same space together. So the Ivy Group is that space.
