Designed for women who are intentionally building their presence, shaping their narrative, and stepping into visibility. Focused on brand, profile, and positioning, the sessions explores what it actually means to be seen in today’s landscape. Not performative visibility, but strategic, aligned visibility that reflects both capability and ambition. It examines how women can define their voice, communicate their value and opens doors. It also addresses the unspoken challenges of visibility.

To mark International Women’s Day, The Ivy Group invites you to an intimate dinner at Anno in Balaclava, a setting known for craft, conversation, and considered hospitality. This evening is designed to bring together ambitious women for connection, celebration, and meaningful exchange. Guests will enjoy a curated dining experience, the opportunity to visit the whisky distillery, time to connect with peers in a relaxed but intentional environment, and a gift.
