As an Associate Site Director at Concentrix, my core intent is to ensure strong profitability, strategic growth and brand excellence for our Mauritius site, which currently covers 700 employees. I am the key decision-maker on site strategy, overseeing all functions and acting as the point of contact for new clients, including pricing and visit preparation. I directly manage delivery, engagement and compliance teams while also serving as a facilitator and problem-solver across operations. Representing the brand image for Mauritius is a responsibility I carry with pride. I bring over 20 years of experience in the industry, having grown from entry-level roles to leadership. Along the way, I pursued my tertiary education while working, earning an HND in Business and a Postgraduate Diploma in Strategic Human Resource Management from the University of Southern Queensland. My core competencies include strategy and ensuring that the group vision is cascaded and implemented effectively, recruitment where I led teams for six years across Tunisia, France, Sweden and Mauritius, and communication and leadership, guiding teams with clarity, direction and resources to achieve excellence.
Today my focus is expanding into coaching. One year ago, I completed an NLP course for leaders and my next step is to pursue a formal certification in coaching skills. My purpose is to share my journey, from starting at the very bottom of this industry to becoming a senior leader, and to equip others with the mindset and tools to grow.
On a personal note, I am passionate about lifelong learning, spiritual growth with plans to begin Reiki training, and spending time by the sea, which keeps me grounded and inspired. Through the IVY group, I am seeking guidance on how best to develop and position my coaching practice as a natural extension of my leadership and people development journey.
