This event marked the beginning of our Ivy Group Event schedule with curated conversation, shared stories, and authentic connection. The night focused on introducing purpose of the group, exploring what women are looking for in a network, and naturally building relationships among powerful women. It was an evening of meaningful dialogue, laughter, wine, and introductions in an elegant setting, laying the groundwork for future roundtables, retreats, and collaborative opportunities.
Message from the Founder
On 9th May 2025, The Ivy Group hosted a private dinner at Aikisu in Grand Baie, gathering a select group of women in leadership including CEOs, founders, directors, doctors, and diplomats. This was the first step in building the Ivy community in person, and the response affirmed the importance of creating such a space. The evening brought together Mauritian and expatriate women, each sharing their lived experiences while finding common ground in the realities of leadership. Conversations ranged across parenthood, travel, ventures, and fitness, highlighting the shared challenges that unite women at this level. Intimate yet significant, the dinner provided a strong foundation for what The Ivy Group can continue to build. Thank you to all of the excellent ladies for attending our debut private event, and for being our starting group. We look forwards to creating something wonderful with you all.
