I am the Founder of R.I.S.E (Resilience, Innovation, Sustainability & Empowerment), an initiative created from lived experience and a deep belief that opportunity should be accessible, sustainable, and centered.

Through R.I.S.E, I focus on career clarity, opportunity readiness, and long-term empowerment, not just helping people “get in the door,” but supporting them to grow, adapt, and thrive over time. Our work brings together conversations with industry leaders, practical skill-building, and community spaces where people feel seen, supported, and encouraged to ask questions they may not always feel safe asking elsewhere.

Professionally, I am motivated by systems change and sustainability, creating initiatives that don’t rely on short-term inspiration alone, but are built to last, scale, and create meaningful impact.
